3. Return Process

Request a return

Email us at info.glitchnstitch.in@gmail.com or use the “Request Return” as subject within 7 days of delivery.

Ship it back

We’ll share the return address and instructions.

Please ship the item within 5 days after receiving approval.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color? Mention it in your return request.

Exchanges depend on stock availability.

If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.
5. Damaged or Wrong Item

Received a defective or incorrect item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
