At Glitchnstitch, we want you to love every piece you wear.
If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we’ve got you covered.

1. Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

    • In original packaging with tags attached

    • Free from stains, perfume, or alterations

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Final-sale or discounted products

  • Gift cards or store credits

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

3. Return Process

  2. Ship it back

    • We’ll share the return address and instructions.

    • Please ship the item within 5 days after receiving approval.

  3. Inspection & Refund

    • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Prefer a different size or color? Mention it in your return request.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item

  • Received a defective or incorrect item?

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
